Replace basic Gas wall hung boiler with similar condensing unit, supplied by you. Price does not include flushing/cleaning of existing of radiators, which is often required = £500 labour only
Convert from basic Gas boiler to a combination boiler supplied by you. Guide price to remove cylinder, roof tanks and upgrade gas supply to boiler. = £1000
Power flush up to 10 radiators = £225

Solar Hot Water Systems. Suitable for non combination boiler installations (Prices are Guide Prices and Subject to Survey)
Budget system - Supply & fit 20 tube solar panel on south facing roof. System will link to existing hot water cylinder via a heat exchanger that replaces the existing immersion heater. Suited to smaller 1 bathroom homes, system will produce over 150 litres of hot water per day in the May to September warmer months = £1800 suppliied and fitted
Other systems utilising twin coil cylinders both vented , unvented and also thermal store type with solid fuel burner link up can be designed for your specific requirements. Please contact to discuss requirements.
Bathrooms (Prices are Guide Prices and Subject to Survey)
Replace bathroom 3-pc suite, items supplied by you, in same position. you have to dispose of the waste. Does not include changing from pedestal basin to vanity basin = £300
Replace cloakroom 2-pcs suite = £180
Re-fit electric shower supplied by you onto existing cable and water feed, replacements do not require any Part P certificate or notification, however, if existing installtion is not safe or the manufacturers instructions cannot be adhered to, then we will not fit at this price. = £55
