Service older Gas Boiler wall or floor mounted = £65
Service Gas Back Boiler with Fire front = £75
Modern Condensing Gas boiler service = £65 + parts
Non condensing oil boiler wall or floor mounted = £80 + parts
Condensing oil boiler service = £85 + parts
Landlord Safety Certificate (2 appliances) = £55 + £15 per extra appliance
Power flush up to 8 radiators = £280 + £35 per extra radiator
Gas Safe Engineer = £35 / hour
